Special times in my life: When I met the Jesus for real. Marrying Michelle my belle. Birth of my kids, Amanda, Jennelle and Fausto III (Tony)- nothing could be finer. Birth of my G-kids, Jaelyne and Kaily- they're the best.

Where I was born: Cienfuegos, Cuba

Where I grew up: I don't think I'll ever grew up, but I was raised in Zeeland.

Favorite food: Pig in the blankets (from Dutch Delight bakery). Any seafood, but fresh Crab Claws from Garcias Market in Miami can't be beat. Any Cuban food.

Favorite music: Blues and jazz. Anything from the 60's/70's

Favorite book: Not much of a reader. I have a short attention span. I need action.

Favorite movie/TV: Any satire will do. All the Airplane movies. Anything Monty Python. News junky.

Favorite quote: The character of a man is best told by the way he treats those that can do absolutely nothing for him.

Cool place I've been: Mt Rushmore, Beaver Island, Guernica, Spain (where my great-g-pa was born.). Went through the Soo Locks in my boat.

What I like to do for fun: Boating. UofM football (nothing like a football Saturday in Ann Arbor). Cadets. Ice fishing. Spending time with real friends. A good Cigar.

Where I would like to go someday: Where I was born and The Canary Islands. The Grand Canyon.Goals: Boat down the Mississippi, ala Huck Finn. Live on an Island (again) and walk around barefoot all the time.
